It’s time for all to speak up

“For all those who love black culture, speak up. For all those who swear they’re black on the inside, speak up. For all those who can’t resist the chocolate, speak up.” -DF

No more hiding. No more silence. No more violence. No more hate. No more.

A few weeks ago, my timeline was flooded with two victims, Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. My timeline flooded once again, in remembrance and awareness of another victim, Freddie Gray. Once again, brothers have been murdered. I do not want to mourn another hashtag. Today marks two years since Mike Brown was shot and killed by an officer. Today marks the day when many people gather in silence for 4 and a half minutes of silence for the 4 and a half hours #MikeBrown was laying on the ground.

Dear Ferguson, we still stand with you.

In order for justice to be brought we (the community] need to come together.

A friend of mine asked me to sign this petition and I wanted to share it with you all. If you did not know how to speak up, here is your chance now.

Sign this petition for the need for a federal law enforcement agency that specializes in investigating the ethical conduct of all law enforcement agencies in the United States of America. You can be apart of this movement and join 171,443 signatures here.
